New Interpretations of Old Traditions - Rev. Jim Poinsett
Tuesday, April 5, 10:00 am
Research shows that the fastest-growing religious group is “Spiritual But Not Religious.” Does this mean younger people are abandoning their faith? Or, are they reinterpreting traditional rituals and practices to reinvigorate and rediscover their faith? Jim Poinsett, Executive Director of Interfaith Partnership of Greater St. Louis, will share how Millennials and younger people are finding spiritual meaning amidst contemporary challenges and what that means for our religious institutions. This program is provided in conjunction with FEL (Friends Enjoying Life), an organization supported by the Mirowitz Center.
