Planning to apply for Social Security benefits in the near future? The process can be challenging, with lots of unknowns.  When’s the best time to apply? And how do you determine eligibility? These are just some of the common questions that David Seymour, Senior Public Affairs Specialist with the Social Security Administration, will address during this online evening program.
