Former St. Louisan Elana Kaplan, Museum Educator and Lecturer for New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, is returning to the Mirowitz Center to discuss this unforgettable exhibition! Born only two years apart, Edouard Manet (1832–1883) and Edgar Degas (1834–1917) were friends, rivals, and, at times, antagonists who helped define 19th-century French painting.
