COVID-19: Current State of the Pandemic – Dr. Terri Rebmann, St. Louis University

Returning speaker Terri Rebmann, Ph.D., will examine the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, including what is happening locally, nationally, and globally. She will discuss the disease severity, vaccination coverage/protection, and transmissibility of the variants currently circulating, and tell us what we can expect to see in 2023. The online talk will also cover steps individuals can take now to protect themselves from exposure and illness. Dr. Rebmann is a professor in the Department of Epidemiology & Biostatics at St. Louis University and the Director of the Institute of Biosecurity.
